At Salsa's Legacy Rescue, we respect your privacy. All personal information you provide through our website is kept strictly confidential. We never share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties. Your trust is important to us. Every pet listed on our website has been fully rehabilitated. With the help of licensed veterinarians, we ensure that all illnesses and injuries are treated before adoption. Our adoptable cats and kittens are healthy, vaccinated, and ready to find loving forever homes. Please note that meet-and-greets with our animals are only scheduled after an adoption application has been reviewed and approved. You can adopt with confidence knowing that Salsa's Legacy Rescue is committed to the health of our animals and the privacy of our supporters.
Adoption Fees & What They Cover
Our adoption fee is $50 for adult cats and $100 for kittens. Adoption fees are non-refundable. These fees help us continue rescuing and caring for animals in need by supporting their essential medical care. Each adopted cat receives deworming treatment, a rabies vaccination, the FVRCP vaccine (which protects against common and serious feline respiratory viruses and panleukopenia), and spay/neuter surgery. The veterinary services included with each adoption represent a value of $300–$600 or more if obtained independently. Rabies vaccinations and spay/neuter procedures are performed by a licensed veterinarian.
