What is the FVRCP Vaccine?

FVRCP Vaccine — Included with Your Adoption

All cats adopted from our rescue receive the FVRCP vaccine, which protects against three common and serious feline diseases:

  • Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis – Causes sneezing, eye discharge, and upper respiratory symptoms.

  • Calicivirus – Can lead to mouth sores, fever, and respiratory issues.

  • Panleukopenia (Feline Distemper) – A serious, sometimes fatal disease that attacks the immune system.

Why it matters: These viruses spread easily between cats, so vaccination is the best way to keep your new companion healthy.

Your cat is covered for the first year:
When you adopt, your cat’s FVRCP vaccine is fully included and up to date for the first year. This gives you peace of mind while your pet settles into their new home. After that, a booster schedule with your veterinarian will keep your cat protected.

By providing this vaccine, we help make sure your new cat stays happy, healthy, and safe from these preventable illnesses.
