2025 Financial Transparency
& Impact

Financial Transparency

We believe trust is built through openness. This page explains when we began operations, how funds were used, and how we are stewarding resources responsibly as a growing rescue.

When We Began

We began rescue activities in June 2025 under an initial working name while completing required legal and nonprofit filings. Formal paperwork and system setup continued through the summer of 2025.

This is a common and acceptable practice for new nonprofits and rescues. All financial activity has been fully tracked and is reflected in our records.

Founder Support & Sustainability

As a newly formed rescue, much of our 2025 startup and operational costs were personally funded by our founders. This approach allowed us to:

  • Begin helping animals immediately

  • Build compliant systems from day one

  • Avoid operating at a deficit during our first year

Moving forward, community donations will allow us to expand services and increase the number of animals we can help.

Commitment to Transparency

We maintain accurate financial records and review our operations regularly to ensure funds are used responsibly and in alignment with our mission. If you have questions about our finances or would like additional information, we welcome open conversation.

Figures are based on records available as of 2/10/2026 and may be updated if additional information becomes available.
